The Continental 25-pound capacity REM-Series Washer-Extractor delivers a high-performance small-load solution for on-premise laundries looking to boost productivity, lengthen linen life and decrease utility costs.



HIGH-SPEED EXTRACT IMPROVES PRODUCTION AND CUTS GAS USAGE
The washer generates extract speeds up to 108 G-force. By comparison, most hard-mount washers typically reach speeds of 75-90 G-force. Higher extract speeds remove more water from every load - reducing dry time, cutting gas consumption and improving productivity. Laundry is processed more quickly, using less labor and energy!

SMALLER FOOTPRINT DESIGN
The RM025 occupies approximately 25 percent less space when compared to most similarly sized hard-mount washers. This allows for more machines and productivity per square foot.

SINGLE-PHASE POWER
Operating on single-phase power with inverter technology, the it consumes less energy and is less costly to install than the industry-standard three-phase power units. The REM-Series Washer plugs into a standard electrical outlet for quick installation.

LOGI OFFERS FLEXIBLE CONTROL
Superior programmability means laundries can properly clean a variety of fabrics, including silk, suede, wool, linen and denim. The highly flexible Logi Control offers eight individually modifiable programs - each with up to nine baths, including multiple pre-wash, wash and rinse cycles. Variables within each bath - including wash temperature, water levels, cycle times, rotation and G-force extract speeds - can be individually programmed for maximum efficiency given the load type. The washer can also be programmed for automatic chemical injection, which not only ensures a consistent clean with every wash, it eliminates the possibility of chemical overuse and resulting damage to fabric. Simply select the program number and press start!

WATER CONSERVING FEATURES
The REM-Series Washer features a sump-less design, which saves up to three gallons of water per fill, compared with washers equipped with an outer tub sump. Additionally, with AquaFall, water is released into the load through holes in the drum lifters for better saturation and cleaning. This makes rinsing possible using less water, which equates to considerable savings in water usage and water heating costs.

QUALITY CONSTRUCTION AND DURABILITY
Offering ease of maintenance and unrivaled durability, the REM-Series Washer features inner and outer drums of durable AISI-304 stainless steel, oversized bearings and bearing housings and a quality sealing system. An oversized door allows for easy loading and unloading. The REM-Series Washer is backed by a 3-year limited parts coverage, 10-year key component coverage and a 4-year bearing replacement labor coverage!

Gear Wash Turnout Detergent
Developed specifically for Structural Turnouts and other fire rated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) garments, Turnout Gear Wash has been formulated for the safe cleaning of advanced FR fabrics, reflective materials and hardware used on PPE.

Please forward this information to the proper department/people so they are aware of what to do when the shipment arrives.

Due to the size, damages can occur on the inside of the packaging, due to improper handling by the carrier. Please BE AWARE upon arrival that there may be possible damage even if the basic packaging looks to be in good condition.

Please inspect all items & all sides in your shipment before you sign the truck driver’s delivery tablet/receipt. Packaging should be fully opened to view all sides of shipment. You have 30 minutes to do this before extra charges are added as the driver cannot be detained for hours while you raise/use item(s). If the truck driver refuses full inspection, do not sign the delivery tablet/receipt and ask to speak with the local freight terminal manager. Ask them to mark as damaged stating inspection was not allowed or refuse the shipment completely.

If the contents are in good condition, sign and date the driver's delivery tablet/receipt

If the contents/packaging is damaged, WRITE on the delivery tablet/receipt "DAMAGED" and as much detail(s) of actual damage; sign/date.

Accept any undamaged shipments when possible and only refuse damaged packages. The driver should give you a copy of the delivery receipt for your records.

Please contact us for further assistance before the driver leaves. If the shipment is damaged and the delivery receipt has been signed clear without any notation of damage, any possible rights to full payment on the freight claim are void.

The factory will not and cannot pay for freight company damages.
