The Edwards & Cromwell Hazardous Material Response Series Roll Over 'F' Kit is designed to patch large holes in tanks where chains can not be wrapped around.

Tools for assembly are included along with 1pc. 13" x 23" patch, 1pc 12" x 22" support frame.
